Using your formula
Q.06How do I take it?
Follow the directions on your bottle's Supplement Facts panel. Each formula page lists its suggested use — for example, Eye REx® and IQ+Brain™ are 1 capsule once daily, and Gout REx® starts at 2 capsules twice daily for three days, then 2 capsules once daily.
Q.07How long before I notice a difference?
Natural ingredients work with your body over time. We recommend taking your formula consistently for at least 30 days.
Q.08Is 10 Days Detox a strict cleanse?
No special diet is needed. Take 1–2 capsules twice daily with meals for ten days. Because it contains rhubarb, it gently supports bowel regularity, so stay well hydrated.
